Biological farming v conventional – Which one is more profitable?

Kim & Jeremy are a lovely farming couple who bought two identical Canterbury farms – one either side of the road. They decided to undertake an experiment comparing biological and conventional farming on the two farms. They are only a few years into their experiment, so it is early days. However, the results so far have potentially huge implications for our water quality.
