Over the past two weeks we have been showered with some astounding new findings in the world of nutrition.

We have had a busy time getting the book off to the printers and the website up and running. Now we are eagerly looking forward to ‘Appetite for Destruction’ hitting the shelves in October – some 7 weeks away. While we’ve been busy focussed on this, the nutrition evidence we used in the book goes off quicker than fruit in the midday sun. Luckily the key messages are proving to be as durable as a heavily processed and packaged fake food. The stars are aligning, and I’m not talking about the ones on our voluntary nutrition labels.
